This leading 4 star Tudor Mansion already has a world class fine dining restaurant with all the accolades. It is set at the top of the south east or at the bottom of the midlands. They are about to open a new 80 seater brasserie to acquire 2AA Rosettes. As one of 6 chefs de partie,you will be expected to play a vital role in a team of 8 chefs Naturally you will be expected to have a good 2 years as a chef de partiein a similar environment. These are chef de partie positions in the old sense of the word, you will be expected to lead your section from the front. Slary and tips, depending upon experience will range from £17,500 to £19,500
