This leading 4 star Tudor Mansion already has a world class fine dining restaurant with all the accolades.



It is set at the top of the south east or at the bottomof the midlands.



They are about to open a new 80 seater brasserie to acquire 2AA Rosettes.



As Sous chef you will be expected to lead a team of around 8 chefs and whilst sous chef in title you will be working directly under the accomplished head chef. This is as near as you can get to being a head chef without the title.



Naturally you will be expected to have a good 2 years as a sous chef in a similar environment.



Sous chefs looking for their first head chef position often meet with industry resistance but after a period here you will have earned your own spurs as a head chef albeit under the tutilage of one of the best chefs in the industry.
