Commercial Solicitor



A fabulous brand new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor.



This a great opportunity to work for a highly respected Commercial law team, and to help build on existing client relationships and play a lead role in commercial business development.



Candidates will be familiar with a range of non property related legal issues for Commercial clients including Commercial Contracts (which may include experience in Intellectual Property) general Corporate work, Partnerships etc. Experience in non-contentious Employment matters would also be an advantage.



The role represents a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on their broad range of Commercial acumen and become part of a close-knit team actively building and developing Commercial business throughout the county.



You will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE including a good range of Commercial legal experience. In addition you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills.
