CRM Software Support Consultant



Support Consultant with solid CRM software support experience, to join this privately owned successful consultancy, located just North East of Daventry, who specialise in the CRM software market. They produce their own powerful, browser based CRM solution that encompasses sales & marketing, account management, quotations, campaign management and event management and is highly scalable - from 5 to 1000 users.



They need an additional support consultant to join their efficient and dynamic support team in a friendly working environment. You will be responsible for providing a high quality CRM software support service via telephone, email and remote access (9.00am - 5.50pm) to a wide variety of clients from logistics to financial services, travel, charities, manufacturing, IT, consulting, health and sports companies.



Candidates will have great communication skills, be great team players and will have at least 18 months experience supporting CRM software such as SalesLogix, Act!, NetSuite, Clarify, Prospectsoft CRM, Goldmine, Sage CRM, SalesForce.com or any other similar CRM software product.
