2nd Line Application Support – SQL Server



My industry leading client based in Northampton currently requires an Application Support Analyst to join their Product Support team. Providing second line application support for bespoke Windows based applications you will respond to incidents and restore service in a timely and effective manner. This role is working as part of a team who provide 24/7 support and you will be required to work as part of an on call rota.



Suitable applicants must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills and above all have demonstrable commercial experience supporting Windows Server based applications with SQL Server (2000 or later). You must be a strong communicator with the ability to thrive in fast paced and demanding environments. It will be beneficial if you have worked within a 24/7 support environment and any previous experience of employment within the finance or banking sector would be highly beneficial
