<p><strong>Maintenance Manager – Day Shift Pattern - Northamptonshire</strong></p>

<p><strong>£40,000 – 50,000</strong></p>

<p><strong>The Company<br /></strong>Waste treatment company specialising in dealing with environmentally friendly solutions for the disposal of common household waste.  The company then produce electricity from the by products of their treatment process which they sell to National Grid.  The company are opening a new site in Northamptonshire as part of a plan to open a number of sites across the UK and as a result are recruiting for a number of maintenance engineers for their Northamptonshire site.</p>

<p><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br />You will be responsible for implementing the planned maintenance system for the new site and co-ordinating the work of eight maintenance engineers working on a 24/7 shift pattern.  The position of maintenance manager will operate on a day shift pattern to ensure maximum contact time with your team</p>

<p>You will manage the engineering budgetary spend and coach and mentor your team to maxmimise their performance.</p>

<p>There is the long term opportunity for you to progress to be group maintenance manager.  As the company grows there will be a large number of sites opening across the Midlands and the UK and if successful in this role you could be the person to manager the overall maintenance operation.</p>

<p><strong>The Candidate</strong><br />You will need to be experienced in the following key areas:</p>

<p>• Managing of electro-mechanical maintenance team<br />• Putting in planned maintenance systems<br />• Coaching and mentoring maintenance engineers<br />• Spending engineering budgets<br />• Managing a 24/7 maintenance team</p>
