Digital Test Engineer



The Company



A British manufacturer of ultra high end RF and Microwave equipment





The Role



To be an effective and reliable test engineer within a small test department.

Responsibilities include;

Making noise figure measurements and be able to tune and set up microwave receivers.

To set up and tune power amplifier chains.

To build microwave systems from modules and component parts.

To test and repair such systems down to component level.







The Candidate



You should ideally have BSc Electrical Engineering / Physics qualification- HNC / HND Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Physics plus relevant proven ability would also be accepted.



The ideal applicant would be working in an engineering role in RF / microwave test or related technology working in the commercial / military / aerospace / automotive electronics environment.







MUST hold a British Passport and be a British Citizen- No dual nationalities will be accepted







The Package



A salary of £25,000 is offered but the client may pay more depending on the candidates' proven ability with benefits including a pension
