Motor Trade Job: Automotive Service Advisor:





A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join this established Motor Trade Dealership.



You need to have previous motor franchise experience and knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage.



The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, and be very customers focused as well as pay attention to detail and able to work using their own initiative.





Your responsibilities include:





* Greeting customers to the service reception and booking vehicles into the workshop for repair,



* Arranging courtesy vehicles for customers,



* Extensive liaison with workshop to chase work in progress,



* Keeping customers informed and gaining authority for additional work to be carried out and being responsible for costing and invoicing for work that has been carried out.
